A.D.'s Cleaning
A big thank-you to our very first customer for choosing us to service her PC. We performed a thorough cleaning, refreshed the thermal paste on both the processor and graphics card, and made sure all drivers and performance checks were up to date. The system wasn’t overly dirty, but it was still a joy to work on, and we personally returned it to her home once everything was complete.
Mike's Repair
I'm very appreciative of Mike for trusting us to repair his HP laptop. A common issue with this specific model caused the mounting molding for the hinge to break. Initially only here for the hinge to be fixed, he opted for the screen to be replaced as well due to further damage concerns. After fitting the new screen and back cover to the rest of the laptop, he left with a laptop that looks brand new.
Hugh's Repair
Working with Hugh was such a wonderful experience. He brought in two laptops, an older one used for simple browsing that he wanted upgraded and the other with keyboard issues (worn keys, some not working). We brought new life to his old browsing laptop by installing new ram, fitted it with an SSD and updated it to a newer version of windows. We also replaced the keyboard on his wife's old work laptop causing them both to be happy.
Jason's Custom Build
This computer was such an awesome build to work on. From picking out each component to the challenge of fitting everything into such tiny case, I had an amazing time putting it together and bringing it up to the Aureum standard. I hope Jason and his family have just as much, if not more, fun using it as I had building it!
Jacob's Diagnostic
Jacob built this computer himself but reached out to Aureum Computers when he ran into a no-boot issue. After some troubleshooting, we determined that his RAM had failed. The very next day, Jacob ordered replacement memory, finished the build, and brought this beast to life. It was a pleasure helping get this beautiful custom PC up and running!
Angie's Table Repair
Angie brought us her son’s tablet after the screen had been badly shattered. With pieces of glass beginning to fall off, the tablet was no longer safe to use.
We replaced the damaged screen and got everything working properly again, making the tablet safe to use and looking like new.
A small repair that made a big difference!
